How to use the Voice Typing feature in Google Docs

Google Docs is currently one of the most widely used online word processing services and is one of the best choices for Microsoft Word.

Google Docs offers many basic word processing features and shortcuts – in which to make things easier for users,  familiar layouts, universal shortcuts to execute several commands.

However, these features are more because Docs also comes with the built-in support for the Google Voice Typing feature which allows users to type without using their keyboard.

Therefore this feature is available in many languages ​​such as English, Afrikaans, Nepali, Marathi, Hindi, etc.

The device’s microphone is working the proper connection to the latest browser of the Internet and Google Chrome.

Follow a few steps: –

1-Open Google Docs on Chrome Browser

 2-Click on the icon + ‘icon to create a new document or users can open an existing document that they are working on.

3-Now, go to the ‘Tools’ option and select ‘Voice Typing’ from the drop-down menu in additional ways.

4- In other words, Google Docs will now start showing a microphone icon in the top left corner, which the user can drag and place anywhere.

 5- Now click on the microphone icon and allow the microphone to use the microphone.6-tab on the microphone icon and start speaking to above all

To change language, click on the arrow at the bottom of the microphone icon and select the desired language.

In addition, for better voice recognition, it is recommended to use an additional microphone or any earphone, which has an in-line microphone.

After that is also appropriate to use this feature in a relatively quiet environment to avoid any typing errors.
